Production Efficiency: Monitor output, optimize material yield, and identify opportunities to improve productivity or reduce waste.
Material Handling: Load and unload sheets or panels safely using proper handling equipment and techniques.
Machine Operation: Set up and operate beam saw equipment to cut wood panels, laminates, and composite materials per job specifications and production schedules.
Programming & Calibration: Interpret cut lists, read blueprints or digital files, and input precise measurements and cutting parameters into the machine control system.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
Quality Control: Inspect materials before and after cutting to ensure accuracy, clean edges, and conformance to dimensional tolerances.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on the beam saw to ensure consistent performance and prevent downtime.
Team Collaboration: Communicate with production leads, engineers, and other operators to coordinate workflow and ensure timely completion of projects.

Experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or wood manufacturing.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Forklift or material handling certification.
