What you would be doing

- Provide training in data management for own and client staff as required
- Provide mentoring to junior staff engaged in support of data management scopes of work
- Take a key role in developing, implementing and improving asset management systems and processes.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of techniques and best practices appropriate to master data management
- Develop new or manage existing CMMS/EAM Master Data including Material Masters
- Contribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures in delivery of master data projects
- Develop project data definition guides and configure project instances accordingly
- Work directly with clients day-to-day, driving project deliverables.
- Carry out periodic QC to ensure project data quality as per internal quality processes and data definition guidance
- Produce reports and/or metrics for data elements of assigned projects as required

- Proficient developing and managing one or more CMMS databases (i.e. Oracle, Maximo, SAP, JDE, AMOS)
- Demonstrated initiative to identify and extend service opportunities with existing clients
- Computer Literate with good capability of MS Office suite of programs and Intermediate / Advanced skills in MS Access and SQL; a programming language capability is advantageous
- Experience working within maintenance operations and teams advantageous
- A degree or trade background
- Experience with Equipment hierarchy, Bill of Materials, PM and shutdown planning and Maintenance Plan development
