What you would be doing
scheduling

Helping prepare and implement two-week look-ahead schedules
Assisting with daily construction reports, project documentation, and record-keeping
Supporting weekly subcontractor progress meetings and owner/architect meetings, including capturing meeting minutes as needed
Performing occasional hands-on field work and general labor to gain practical understanding of site operations
Maintaining open communication with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and other team members to keep projects on track
Assisting in the submittal and RFI (Request for Information) processes
Participating in quantity takeoffs, pricing, and procurement of materials
Contributing to quality control and safety inspections, ensuring compliance with Landmark standards
