Raise PR in SAP, monitor indirect tools/accessories PO, and follow up on deliveries.
Monitor incoming inspection clearance (IR reports), SAP clearance (QA32, QA16).
Troubleshoot instruments/tools in Vento plant.
Support global CFT team for testing defective laminate samples.
Create/change inspection plans and master inspection characteristics in SAP.
Prepare provisional details for quarantine materials/service invoices for finance.
Manage rejections and quarantine stock physically and in SAP (location 0011).
PR Management: Handle quality-related Capex and Opex tools/instruments as per budget.
Manage Testo data logger for temperature/humidity data retrieval.
Conduct LPA audits and close audit points in lab and incoming areas.
Handle NCR (Non-Conformance Reports): Create NCR material issues in Snow portal and escalate to SQA.
Manage calibration activities: track tools/instruments, coordinate with NABL labs.
Support change management inspection activities and lab requests for new materials.
Prepare and get approval for scrap notes for internal/supplier rejections.
Prepare local control plans for specific suppliers/material codes.
Move decision-pending materials from quarantine to shop floor/warehouse; update SAP.
Support service work completion with suppliers and provide invoices for accounting.
Procure tools/instruments (Opex & Service) by coordinating with Indirect SCM team.
