A privately-owned real estate firm that develops, manages, and acquires multifamily communities. We're hiring!
The Service Technician is responsible for day‑to‑day maintenance of the apartment community and may direct staff when the Service Manager or Supervisor is absent. This full‑time, on‑site role reports to the Business Manager and Service Technician Supervisor and works a Monday‑through‑Friday or Tuesday‑through‑Saturday schedule with on‑call emergency availability.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. All on‑site property management positions require criminal background screening, pre‑employment drug screening, and participation in E‑VERIFY to confirm identity and employment eligibility. The duties may involve access to residents’ apartments and confidential information, and we maintain a drug‑free workplace.
Compensation is determined by business needs, experience, skills, and location, and may include eligibility for periodic bonus programs based on individual and company performance.
Employees receive comprehensive health coverage—including medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, group life, and accidental death insurance—plus an HSA with employer matching for those enrolled in medical plans. Additional benefits include paid sick leave, accrued vacation, ten paid holidays, jury duty and bereavement leave, a 401(k) with company match, special recognition perks, and a potential 20 % housing discount for qualified on‑site residents.
