A confident relationship-builder, capable of quickly establishing dynamic and collaborative working relationships with both customers and colleagues—relationships built on trust and consistent delivery
Previous demonstrable experience in the traffic management industry - either practical TM experience or experience of working in the highway maintenance sector
Commercial understanding, with relevant capability to expand knowledge
Proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office suite of software and ability to work with other business management systems
Formal commercial or business management qualifications
Highly motivated and able to identify, follow-up and convert your own prospects/new business leads
