  • Be responsible for initiating customer back innovation through representation and feedback from Architectural community regarding design issues or design trends and feeding information into Knauf innovation pipeline
  • Identify new project opportunities through multiple platforms (e.g. Estimate ONE) and work to convert these specifications with our architectural contacts to Knauf products/systems to maximise sales opportunities
  • Maximise conversion of advantage specifications to sales orders by collaborating with the Commercial Sales and Engineering teams throughout the construction cycle
  • Ensure strong customer engagement with Knauf is achieved through key account plans, CPD requirements, project support including design reviews, technical responses, product sample approvals, ensure engagement is across multiple level of influence (Architectural Director, Senior Architects, project Architects and interior designers)
  • Drive the specification of Knauf products and systems by providing architectural support, promoting new and existing products to the market, and utilize value-added services such as BIMWIZARD, E-Tools and Value Engineering to target key architectural firms and building segments within the designated region.
