- Monitor contracting activities and implement legal risk mitigation strategies.

- Support business development by identifying legal solutions that enable commercial objectives.

- Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction preferred
- Minimum 3-6 years post-qualification experience in legal practice, preferably in commercial law, with prior corporate legal environment experience or legal firms.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English & One Indian Language.
- Relationship management skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to provide commercially focused legal advice
- Law degree (LLB) from reputed institution
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Contract Act, Insolvency Code, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and property-specific legislation, RERA Laws, PMLA.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
- Compliance Management: Familiarity of data privacy, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Research capabilities for complex legal matters
- Commercial Contracting: Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Understanding of the practical aspects of litigation and regulatory investigations.
- Exceptional analytical skills for statutory interpretation and legal risk assessment
