Traffic studies and multi-modal modelling (public transport, highways);
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.

Experience winning and leading mid to major size projects.
Proven project success on various sized projects including effective direction of project teams for project execution.
Understanding of BC & AB public and private sector client needs and policies.
Registered Professional Planner (RPP) or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) Certification or equivalent.
Experience leading rail transportation master plans for major clients.
Expertise on LRT, BRT or passenger rail projects (passenger and traffic forecasts, costs, mode selection, operation, urban integration, ticketing and revenue, etc.);
Transport economics.
Recognized expert in rail planning.
20+ years of relevant planning / engineering experience, including leadership of the development and implementation of passenger rail transportation solutions related to sustainable programs.
Strong professional consulting skills, including project management, client relationship management, and commercial acumen at senior management levels.
Strategic problem-solving skills and advanced technical knowledge in transportation planning / engineering.
