Arranging local resources / labors for material management in store (Material unloading, arranging etc.).
Interact with DEOs / SDAs and ensure all documents and material received timely and if any discrepancy found should coordinate with them for resolving.
Co-ordination with DI/ CI , Stores Incharge , supply chain team for efficient material management.
Assisting operations team in Implementation Partner’s material reconciliation, along with Satellite Stores reconciliation
Monthly Physical Reconciliation of Material and ensuring all inward/outward should match with balance inventory at each location.
Coordinate with Store In-charge and support him in Internal & External Monthly/Quarterly Audit, as and when scheduled.
Periodic update on inventory, dismantled materials and utilized materials.
Preparation of MIS on materials inward, outward, and returning of dismantled materials to Discom.
Entry of Material receiving and issuance in SAP and Smart EMS Portal.
Maintain Store Hygiene.
Support Operations team for old meter brought-in process related to material handling.
To assist stores team for proper management and issuance of materials and inventory at store, adhering to the SOPs.
