Looking to supercharge your career? Join a fast‑growing team building the future of clean energy. As a Site Inventory Specialist you will support the installation of utility‑scale solar and wind sites, working both in the field and in the office.
In this position you coordinate communication among the project team, corporate supply chain, suppliers, and transportation partners, while managing material and equipment requisitions through internal tools and external carrier portals. You also handle inbound deliveries, perform inspections, and maintain appropriate shipment records, as well as oversee outbound logistics.
You will develop and execute the site inventory plan together with Trade Superintendents, creating storage location maps and inventory lists, and provide additional inventory support as needed. The job splits roughly 50 % office/administrative work and 50 % field work, requiring extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Candidates must pass background, MVR, drug and alcohol screenings, hold a two‑year related degree or equivalent experience, and possess a valid driver’s license. The position requires 100 % travel and willingness to relocate, as well as composite or steel‑toe boots. Construction experience and prior solar or wind exposure are preferred.
