Construction Manager (Owner's Representative)

Description

The Construction Manager (Owner's Representative) will oversee residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects from pre-development through closeout. This role ensures safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and alignment with company standards while coordinating engineers, consultants, and contractors. Decision-making under tight deadlines and management of the bidding, budgeting, and closeout processes are central to the position.

• Organize and manage pre-construction meetings.
• Coordinate engineers and consultants to align schedules and progress.
• Estimate, schedule, review drawings, manage budgets and oversee the bidding process.
• Assist with contractor scheduling and site supervision.
• Review development agreements, pay applications, and manage project closeout.
• Ensure strict adherence to the company safety program throughout all phases.
• Make timely decisions under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling software.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
