Maintain clean work area and participate in 5s standards
Follow all safety regulations for themselves as well as other team members, including keeping the work area clean and in orderly condition as well as wearing all appropriate safety attire for the job that is being performed
Visually inspects and loads components onto automatic conveyor paint line.
Troubleshoot basic issues and problems
Follow paint production schedule to determine parts to load.
Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures
Adhere to and promote The Terex Way Values

Basic understanding of assembly processes.
Requires sufficient hand-arm-eye coordination to guide objects into specific placement or alignment, make intricate connections, and make precise measurements.
High School Diploma and/or equivalent experience
Ability to possess good mechanical aptitude
Understand and demonstrate basic computer skills
Possess beginning to working knowledge of the subject matter
Ability to successfully pass a respirator test
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a responsible manner
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Familiarity within a manufacturing environment is desired
Ability to recognize potential safety hazards and take appropriate actions to minimize risks
Requires the ability to perform arithmetic calculations and read and record detailed measurements, counts, distances, and times.
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment is desired
Strong orientation toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requires sufficient reasoning ability to understand detailed, yet repetitive, written and oral instructions, and solve straightforward, immediate problems.
Basic knowledge in the usage of common hand tools, hand held power tools, fabricating equipment, and portable air tools such as a ratchet.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to accurately read and understand tape measurements
Ability to effectively communicate with all team members
Ability to function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude
Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided
Previous experience working with hand and air tools is desired
Previous years of experience in powder coat painting in a manufacturing environment preferred
