What you would be doing

- Negotiate and approve all fleet related repairs and maintenance
- Manage truck inventory cycle counting process
- Manage new truck inventory set up process
- Update fleet list and ServiceTitan to accurately reflect fleet usage and truck assignments
- Oversee on and off boarding of assigning vehicles
- Manage company supplied tools and their maintenance
- Keep up with all fleet keys
- Manage tool replacement program and chargebacks as needed
- Maintain Nextraq portal to reflect truck and tech assignment
- Manage tool asset tracking
- Manage the process of acquiring a new vehicle to assignment (wrap, bens, tools, inventory)
- Perform and document weekly vehicle inspections and present to management
- Oversee WEX card process
- Oversee parking lot organization and cleanliness
- Provide management with Nextraq driving reports to insure safe driving

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- Self-starter/resourceful - able to independently work, learn & plan with minimal guidance to drive tasks to conclusion
- Experience with inventory management software
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- High degree of financial acumen
- High degree of action orientation and strong negotiation skills
- Ability to use financial metrics to accurately read and diagnose business performance. The ability to use all levers to maximize key performance metric outputs
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with data
