In this position you will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of project‑controls services on mega‑projects, defining success criteria for time, cost and performance, and embedding robust governance, processes and systems throughout the lifecycle. You will lead a matrixed, cross‑functional controls team, maintain the risk register, apply KPI‑based performance management, control changes, monitor finances and information flow, and act as the primary day‑to‑day interface with the client to ensure quality, schedule and budget targets are met.
The company is seeking Associate Director‑level Project Controls professionals to work on major infrastructure projects and programmes in London and the South East. The roles suit candidates with deep experience in sectors such as rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, highways or defence, and who can manage complex, large‑scale contracts.
