Ideally ACA/CAIA/CFA/RICS or other relevant qualifications.

Ability to provide advice on real estate and finance centred on advanced financial analysis, understanding the drivers of real estate performance from the asset level through to the impact of capital structuring on investor returns.
Highly IT literate, particularly in MS Excel with experience of building financial models from scratch and with an aptitude to use and write macros.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority
Significant experience in a financial modelling role in a real estate business.
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
Ability to present complex and technical issues in a professional, clear and concise format.
Understanding of corporate and asset level valuation techniques and approaches.
