- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and Hub strategy accordingly.
- Support the IT Hub management team with operational and excellence related topics in Global Hub. Support the IT hub team in being responsible for project roll outs and project coordination where and when required.
- Support & work closely with the head of IT Hub Business Engagement MEA in formulating & implementing strategic plans to align with the overall company objectives.
- Work closely with the Head of IT Hub Business Engagement MEA to manage and resolve any regional issues or conflict and to be involved in gathering and analyzing data to provide insightful reports to aid decision making.
- Collect and gather regular ‘Key Project’ reporting on various running projects/topics to support the IT Hub leadership team and make such reporting available for IT Hub Board reporting.
- Work closely with the IT Hub management teams in Ensuring Hub productivity measures are tracked effectively and facilitating reporting where needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
