Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure adaptable and winning strategies. Business Development & Networking: Actively generate high-value leads through field visits, networking, and direct engagement with industry associations, government bodies, and banks/industrial development boards to secure lists of large potential industrial clients. Sales Execution: Identify, engage, and manage prospective clients across assigned regions, conducting site visits to gather project details and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement, and report on comprehensive sales and business development strategies to achieve ambitious business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the entire West Bengal sales and strategy team.

KSL Cleantech Limited is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Zonal Manager to spearhead our sales, business development, and strategy functions across West Bengal. This leadership role is crucial for driving significant growth and managing our regional team in the dynamic solar sector. Experience: Minimum 8 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, and Strategy. Sector Preference: Preferably in Solar; alternatively, candidates from the Banking or Industrial sectors with relevant B2B experience will be considered. Strong strategic planning, execution, and team management expertise. Education (Preferred): B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) with an MBA.
