Ensure effective maintenance of all manufacturing equipment, minimizing disruptions and maintaining high uptime.

Manage multiple facilities, ensuring seamless coordination and alignment with corporate goals.
Creation of a Digital Twin
Oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, quality control, and distribution within our sheet metal, plumbing, piping, and electrical prefabrication shops.
Develop and present multi-year capital improvement plans.
Develop and implement strategic manufacturing initiatives aligned with the company’s long-term objectives for quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Liaise with different departments, including suppliers and managers, to prevent any possible delays or issues in production.
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and advanced machinery to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities with the ability to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
In-depth knowledge of industrial manufacturing methods, process design, and lean principles.
Degree in Process / Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience with quality control systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
5+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing or prefabrication within a mass production environment.
Professional certifications such as CPIM (Certified Production and Inventory Management) or CPE (Certified Plant Engineer) are considered assets.
Demonstrated success in increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and driving profitability in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lead by example, inspire cross-functional teams, and navigate change effectively.
