Experience: 10+ years leading digital or AI transformation initiatives within complex organisations with an engineering design lens.
Distinction: Recognised thought leader or subject matter expert in AI-driven transformation.
Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge technical and business domains with clarity, influence and momentum.
Education: Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of LLMs, data engineering, AI ethics, and business process automation.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and mobilise cross-functional teams and practitioner communities.
Expertise: Proven success delivering AI/ML or data-driven solutions from R&D to enterprise scale.
