  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0+ preferred).
  • Ability to bridge between technical and business perspectives.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (such as Jira, MS Project, Trello) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to efficiently collaborate and showcase leadership potential with multinational and diverse teams.
  • Experience with reporting/visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Proficient knowledge of IT technologies and emerging trends, capable of analyzing project data to facilitate decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with database systems and SQL would be advantageous.
  • Capability to dedicate 40 hours weekly from May through August.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without the need for future visa sponsorship.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Knime, Python, R).
  • Independent worker with excellent time management skills and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
