Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision;
At least Five (5) years of proven experience supporting an Executive, Director or team of Managers as an Executive Assistant;
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power BI and Outlook management skills;
Previous experience working in Proposals and/or Projects an asset;
The ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges;
Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and French desired;
Post-secondary diploma in business administration or a related discipline preferable;
Ability to multitask, prioritize and effectively meet deadlines;
Consistently deliver high-caliber, accurate work with a high degree of attention to detail, in a fast-paced environment;
Be resourceful and with an ability to find solutions independently is highly valued;
Ability to exercise mature judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information and situations;
