Must reside within New York City commutable region
Experience with / interest product sourcing (plumbing fixtures, appliances, furniture, door hardware, lighting, etc). Experience with purchasing coordination is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English
Excellent AutoCAD, Rhino or Sketch up, and Adobe Suite skills
Knowledge of approval process including NYC DOT, LPC or Building Management
Degree in Architecture, or related fields.
Self-motivation and self-discipline in a collaborative studio environment, ability to organize.
Talent/ability to select and develop interior palettes and create concept materials for client and internal presentations
Prior experience with hospitality interiors, residential interiors and/or purchasing a plus
Strong communication skills with outside vendors, contractors, and consultants.
Understanding of team communications and construction drawing standards
