The possession of a full current UK Driving Licence is essential to undertake the Working Foreperson (formerly titled Foreman) role.
The ability to ‘lead by example’ and incentivise an experienced directly employed and sub contract trade workforce
We welcome applications from experienced Foreman Forepersons or experienced Multi Operatives with some supervisory experience who have a proven track record in managing projects
Qualified to a minimum NVQ 2 level or equivalent in carpentry or a core trade
SSSTS qualification would be advantageous but not essential
Confidence in using IT systems or the willingness to learn with training and support
