Handling Part Wall issues including notices and awards
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
Manage refurbishment and maintenance projects from inception to completion
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Conduct dilapidation assessments and negotiate on behalf of clients
Provide advice on building regulations, planning issues, and property legislation
Monitor budgets, timelines, and contractor performance
Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
Carry out building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis

Good knowledge of common construction forms of contracts such as JCT and/or NEC.
Strong technical knowledge of building construction and regulations including recent BSA regulations.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiar with following industry leading systems and procedures as part of your role.
Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Proven experience of working at a senior level in a Surveying role and working on projects and clients within the built environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills and the ability to use a variety of software packages to a high level, including MS Office.
Full professional membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) or similar equivalent.
