Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations when handling hazardous materials.
Report deficiencies or safety concerns promptly to the Equipment Manager or Supervisor.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on assigned trucks.
Stretching, driving/sitting, using pneumatic and power tools
Move company vehicles around the yard and perform additional maintenance tasks such as checking tire pressure, replacing filters, and inspecting for leaks.
Lubricate trucks per manufacturer specifications.
Communicate with operators and supervisors regarding vehicle needs or issues.
Assist mechanics with servicing as needed.
Maintain accurate records of lubrication and maintenance activities.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Willing and able to take direction and learn new skills
Ability to operate lubrication equipment safely and effectively.
