Assist in producing and distributing client design reports.
Support Design and Project Managers with RFIs, technical submissions and close-out documentation.
Monitor submission dates and report compliance.
Prepare document submission packs and manage quality/project documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Maintain revision histories, drawing logs, and key tracking databases.
Upload and file Health & Safety documentation including RAMS, inspections, NCRs and registers.
Set up project CDEs including workflows, user access, and security groups.
Proactively “own” all project drawings and documents within the CDE.
Visit site regularly to ensure hard copy drawings and documents are current.
Issue weekly project reports including outstanding information and RFIs.
Support internal and external audits.
Complete initial QA checks on all uploaded information.
Train employees and external users on the documentation system.
Create work package folders and maintain structured digital filing.

Confident communicator with the ability to support and train others.
Full UK driving licence.
Experience using Viewpoint/4Projects (essential); Fieldview desirable.
High attention to detail with a methodical approach.
Understanding of construction terminology, processes, and workflows.
