  • Ensuring maintenance issues are logged and managed effectively in a timely manner.
  • Managing day-to-day maintenance requests with the end-of-tenancy process whilst delivering a high standard of customer service over the phone, emails and any other internal software from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors for property readiness and work completion for new occupancies.

  • Have strong negotiation skills to resolve conflict.
  • Process driven, with efficient administration and organisational skills
  • Ability to problem solve, be calm under pressure and a track record of exceeding client expectations.
  • Previous Property Management, or industry related experience preferred, but not essential
  • Understanding Landlord and Tenants responsibilities when managing the day-to-day requests so we can be clear to customers around their responsibilities for the property.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and confident at relaying information
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK
  • Can demonstrate good negotiation/communication skills and be very competent in resolving conflict and potential disputes – both written and verbal
