- Experience implementing a CI culture and driving organizational change.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment and operational workflows.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of Ethicon or similar medical device operations.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI programs.
