The Facility Executive – Soft Skill is responsible for managing all aspects of the soft‑skill service delivery system during each shift. The role ensures that all pending work is completed and serves as the primary point of accountability for shift operations.
The executive oversees housekeeping activities, including muster, deployment, and recording any penalties or improvement comments. They keep the housekeeping duty manager informed of TR/VIP visits, prioritize and track issue resolution, and conduct walkthroughs of restrooms, common areas and development zones to maintain service quality. Additional duties include reviewing vendor performance monthly, maintaining pantry and reprographic equipment, logging communications for shift handovers, and preparing weekly rosters for Helpdesk, Front Office and Mail Room. The role also ensures adherence to policies, statutory documents, SLA and KPI targets, and coordinates with the engineering team for technical issues.
The position requires a minimum of two to three years of graduate‑level work experience and offers compensation commensurate with market rates. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage space administration tasks such as key requests, work orders, relocations, conference‑room reservations and space allocations.
