As Construction Director, you will be a key member of the senior management team, responsible for managing residential construction projects from early concept through to completion and handover. Initially focused on individual projects, the role offers a clear path to overseeing all residential developments in the region.

  • Recruit, mentor, and support team members to build a high-performing construction division.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, and control costs.
