- Planifier et préparer les différentes rencontres internes et externes, et la documentation nécessaire.
- Préparer et suivre les contrats, bons de commande et bons de changement et, transmettre les documents nécessaires aux différents intervenants (professionnels, sous-traitants, clients, etc.).
- Rédiger les procès-verbaux de réunion.
- Tenir les tableaux de suivi de projets à jour.
- Assister le personnel de gestion des travaux dans la préparation et l’élaboration des différents documents de présentation, gestion, suivi, etc.
- Aider à la production et au suivi des plans d’action avec le personnel de gestion.
- Préparer et rassembler tous les documents nécessaires au dépôt d'offres des sous-traitants et professionnels.
- Établir et maintenir un système de classement des documents de projet et en assurer la traçabilité.
- Demander, préparer et envoyer divers documents contractuels et soumissions, et contrôler la qualité des documents contractuels.
- Préparer et rassembler la facturation clients et fournisseurs.

- Entretenir et gérer toute la documentation, numérique et papier, incluant notamment la documentation technique, les plans, les manuels et la correspondance commerciale.
- Effectuer un contrôle de la qualité sur les dossiers avant de les envoyer au client.
- Excellente maîtrise du français.
- Compréhension de base de la lecture de plans (atout).
- Compiler des données et produire des graphiques, tableaux et des rapports selon différentes périodicités.
- Connaissance fonctionnelle de l’anglais.*
- Participer à la préparation des devis et contrats de sous-traitance.
- Participer au suivi des projets (échéanciers, budgets, facturation, etc.).
- Connaissance de l’électromécanique ou de l’entretien immobilier (atout).
- Expérience dans le milieu de la gestion des projets ou entretiens immobiliers.
- L’opportunité de travailler sur des projets variés et d’envergure autant à l’interne qu’à l’externe, au Canada et dans le monde entier;
- Minimum cinq (5) années d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Créer des supports de communication interne et externe.
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.
