- Lead advisory and design services for hydrogen projects across WSP sectors.
- Deliver work at all development stages: due diligence, LTA, owners engineer, feasibility, concept, FEED, and detailed design.
- Develop hydrogen and decarbonisation solutions, including demand/supply profiles, funding applications, scenarios and roadmaps.
- Prepare technical and strategic reports for clients.
- Contribute to feasibility and advisory studies on hydrogen, heating and decarbonisation across sectors.
- Support wider team delivery of decarbonisation, hydrogen, gas and energy projects.
- Ensure project delivery meets client expectations for health & safety, quality, schedule and budget.
- Produce process engineering deliverables such as calculations, specifications, datasheets, drawings and simulations.
- Represent WSP through presentations, conference participation and thought‑leadership publications.
- Develop proposals, bids and funding applications.

- Hold a relevant engineering or science degree.
- Be chartered or significantly progressed toward chartership with a professional body.
- Have experience in the hydrogen sector, including infrastructure, heat, production and industrial decarbonisation.
- Demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to learn bespoke engineering and project‑management tools.
- Possess project engineering/management experience.
- Exhibit client‑facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
