Description

The Installer Associate will receive intensive classroom and hands‑on training, work alongside experienced teammates, and contribute to high‑quality installations that enhance customers’ homes.

The role involves a mix of indoor and outdoor work in various weather conditions, requires at least two weekend shifts per month, and demands safe handling of materials and professional interaction with clients.

• Assist with assembly and installation of custom home organization systems (excluding garage door work).
• Read and interpret design drawings to match parts to proper assemblies.
• Safely handle and transport materials indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform surface detailing to ensure high‑quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance and communicate effectively with customers and teammates.

Requirements

• Work at least two weekends per month and adapt to critical business needs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with basic hand tools and various hardware types.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy to the millimeter.
• Organized, systematic, and solutions‑oriented work approach.

• Physical ability to lift and carry products into workspaces.
