  • Support Logistics Coordinator and routing teams with vehicle availability.
  • Assist with oversight of fuel card programs (e.g., WEX) and monitor fuel usage.
  • Use fleet management software (e.g., Lytx) to monitor vehicle health, driver behavior, and route efficiency.
  • Assist in assigning and moving vehicles to drivers or departments based on operational needs.
  • Assist HR and OpCo branches with driver onboarding and training.
  • Assist with the oversight of the day-to-day operations of Echo Electric’s vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure adherence to DOT, FMCSA, and local transportation regulations (e.g., driver files).
  • Work closely with Transportation Manager, Warehouse, and Safety teams.
  • Track driver certifications and ensure compliance with safety training (e.g., PIT, defensive driving).
  • Monitor vehicle usage, mileage, and performance.
  • Track preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Updating driver file information in the True North management software.
  • Maintain vehicle registration, insurance, inspection, and compliance records.
  • Assist in maintaining fleet management software (e.g., Fleetio).

  • Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet and transportation coordination.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse) and routing tools (e.g., Innovo, Lytx).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and DOT compliance.
