What you would be doing
  • Participate in available training for self development and to improve sales techniques.
  • Outline and recommend available options and services to new buyers.
  • Maintain clean, well organized work area.
  • Promote sales of properties by using available marketing collateral and learned sales techniques.
  • Participate in outside events to remain knowledgeable in the local real estate market.
  • Review product designs for continuous improvement. Manage prototype development in assigned area.
  • Show prospective clients/customers available properties within the assigned community. Answer potential buyer’s questions regarding construction, financing, amenities and availability.
