- Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting

- Ability to build business in both the private and public sectors
- Background with RFIs, cost estimates (plan/spec and design/build), negotiating, material take-offs, and reading blueprints required
- Strong ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to lay out branch circuiting; to read/understand contract documents, drawings and specifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
- Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
- Excellent leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset to enhance productivity and work quality
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and generators
- Must maintain an Electrical Contractors License
- Understanding of general electrical design and engineering concepts, along with a solid grasp of electrical material costs
