Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

Description

• Lead subdivision design, boundary surveys, topographic mapping, and construction staking
• Provide mentorship and oversight to field survey crews and junior staff
• Manage survey projects from planning through final delivery, ensuring timelines and accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on high-profile land development projects
• Perform both fieldwork and office-based tasks, including data analysis and client communications

Requirements

• Must be a licensed PLS in the state of Georgia (or able to obtain licensure in a reasonable timeframe)
• Experience with Leica equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D for survey mapping and data collection
• Minimum of 5+ years of land surveying experience; strong background in residential and commercial surveying preferred

Benefits

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus 10% annual bonus potential.
