In this role you are responsible for the successful execution of multiple civil projects by leading, mentoring, and holding accountable Project Managers and Project Engineers. Success is measured by projects delivered on time, on budget, and to Alpha standards, as well as by the growth and confidence of the teams you develop.
Alpha looks for candidates with 8‑10+ years of construction project management experience, at least five years leading other managers or engineers, and a track record of handling multiple concurrent projects. Judgment, strong leadership presence, high financial acumen, and the ability to communicate and build trust are essential, as is living daily the company’s core values.

Alpha Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for civil construction in Maui, Hawaiʻi, reporting to the Operations Manager. This full‑time, exempt role offers a base salary of $150,000‑$200,000 plus bonus eligibility and relocation assistance for leaders ready to plant roots on the island.
