Manage the performance and development of assigned engineering personnel relative corporate objectives and provide focus on the attainment of high-quality engineering results
Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department.
Provide management, governance and oversight of the engineering function of accountability with respect to the needs and regulatory requirements of the nuclear fleet.
Participate as senior resource to Nuclear-wide programs and initiatives regarding standardized and enhanced engineering systems and processes.
Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering and technical leadership accountability regarding short-term and long-term programs that impact fleet operations.
Participate as key manager in Business Planning, Budget, and Business Performance review regarding site and Constellation Nuclear. Fulfill managerial responsibilities regarding assigned staff (e.g., Employment, Development, Compensation, Performance Evaluation, etc.). Ensure consistent and effective work force practices through assigned supervisors/functions.
