Civil Engineer

Description

The engineer will contribute to multidisciplinary projects, providing design and permitting expertise for site development, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, and transportation systems while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and client expectations.

• Plan, design, and manage site development, stormwater, wastewater, potable water, and transportation projects.
• Ensure all designs adhere to local, state, and federal codes and meet client and firm standards.
• Represent the firm professionally in client interactions and project meetings.
• Travel within a 200‑mile radius to project locations as needed.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering, have at least two years of engineering experience, and be able to obtain EIT certification within six months. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills—including AutoCAD and other civil design software—are essential.

• Hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Obtain EIT certification within six months of hire.
• Proficient with AutoCAD and common civil engineering design software.
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills; work independently with minimal supervision.
