- Product development process owner. Manage to and continuously improve product development processes and key assets/tools/forms/standards that the team utilizes for our work. Manage the gate review schedule, host the periodic reviews and drive organizational accountability.
- You and your team will lead multi-location, cross functional teams to deliver new products to market through a structured stage gate process. Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks. Manage NPD Program delivery, risks and timing. Utilize critical path management methodologies to manage schedule, scope and resource requirements. Project Managers take P&L accountability for all NPD activity through product launch.
- Facilitate, nurture, and develop individuals in the elements of Project Management. Hold workstreams, functional leaders, and individuals accountable to project commitments and timeline.
- Plan strategy, sequencing, coordination and implementation of projects across portfolios. Manage scope changes and impact to project goals, timeline and budgets across portfolios. Understand how projects interlink and overlap, deal with interdependence and conflicts amongst the projects and create an environment where projects can be run successfully.
- Manage the work of a team of project managers. Develop team members for their current role and future career opportunities.

- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Proficiency in MS Project or other project software.
- BS in relevant engineering fields (mechanical, electrical, industrial, process)
- PMI PMP Certification preferred
- Manage objectives and influence teams without direct authority, while gaining support and maintaining schedule velocity. You must be comfortable with ambiguity and advocate for improving program efficiency and finding ways to scale the efforts of the team.
- New Product Experience required (Design, Test, Supplier Readiness & Manufacturing Integration)
- Project portfolio, prioritization and demand management preferred
- 6-10 years related work experience. PMO management, experience managing cross-functional teams and leading people.
