Create CGI renders, animations, and interior and product visualisations for a range of digital platforms
Use 3D modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering tools to produce engaging creative outputs
Stay updated on new technologies, software, and design trends within CGI and 3D
Support post-production processes including image editing, compositing, and touch-ups
Lead, advise, and mentor less experienced members of the team, promoting best practices
Lead projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring consistent quality and brand alignment

What you bring

5+ years of professional CGI/3D design experience
Advanced knowledge of rendering engines, lighting, and photorealistic techniques
Portfolio demonstrating CGI or 3D design projects
Ability to deliver innovative, commercially effective CGI solutions
Experience with VR/AR, interactive 3D, or motion graphics is advantageous
Ability to create high-quality, press-ready imagery
Proven leadership ability and project management experience
Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema4D)
Strong sense of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
Proficiency in lighting, materials, and photorealistic rendering techniques
Understanding of brand consistency in visual outputs
Experience managing projects, presenting concepts, and engaging with stakeholders
