Reviews contract drafts for adequacy of cost and scope definition and Project Controls requirements

Advanced ability to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Skilled in WBS development, critical path analysis, progress measurement, and schedule risk awareness.
Understanding of qualitative and quantitative risk processes. Capable of assessing cost and schedule impacts of scope changes and supporting formal change control.
Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost baselines, earned value principles, variance analysis, and trend forecasting.
Ability to produce clear progress reports, dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries. High proficiency with Excel and familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI.
Experience with project management information systems and the ability to integrate cost, schedule, and reporting data.
