Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
Conduct regular client and design team meetings, providing updates and progress reporting
Review drawings and specifications to identify and mitigate risks
Oversee site operations alongside the Superintendent to ensure quality, safety, and schedule alignment
Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Lead subcontractor coordination, scope reviews, RFIs, submittals, and change management
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, buyout plans, and procurement strategies
Stable, well-respected contractor with long-term repeat clients
Excellent communication and client-facing ability
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management tools
Experience delivering commercial, industrial, office, retail, or institutional projects
5–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and maintain momentum on active job sites
