The position leads the development and implementation of the Midwest water reuse strategy, tracking key projects, working with regulatory agencies, and supporting market positioning initiatives. The leader will manage the full project lifecycle for municipal recycled water and wastewater treatment projects, from planning and design through construction and implementation, and collaborate with area and account leaders on business development activities. Travel is required to support client meetings, site visits, and project execution.
The ideal candidate brings direct experience with advanced water reuse technologies such as disinfection, membrane filtration, reverse osmosis, ozonation, UV advanced oxidation, and corrosion control. Strong client management, communication, and collaborative leadership skills are essential for fostering relationships, delivering presentations, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET‑accredited program, a Professional Engineer license, and active participation in professional associations.
