Overview

Develop and automate 3D mechanical design tools for power transformer design using PTC Creo

Tasks

-Develop and maintain parametric 3D models and drawings in PTC Creo -Collaborate globally to align tools with platform standards and best practices -Automate design workflows using Creo tools like Pro/PROGRAM, relations, and notebooks -Deliver updates, patches, and enhancements in response to engineering team needs -Provide training, documentation, and support for engineering teams -Perform FEA simulations and integrate analytical models into design tools -Lead usability and performance improvements across sites -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Support the rollout of Windchill PLM tools

What You Bring

-Experience with FEA tools like ANSYS or Creo Simulate -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field -Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based -Advanced proficiency in PTC Creo -5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in power transformers -Strong understanding of DFMA principles and transformer manufacturing processes
