THE ROLE: Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, engineering, and governance of scalable, secure solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) and Azure services. Partner with product owners and business leaders to translate complex, cross‑functional processes into resilient applications and automations that deliver measurable business outcomes. Own solution architecture and ALM/DevOps (environments, branching, pipelines, and automated testing), and enforce best practices for data modeling, performance, observability, and security (DLP, RBAC, conditional access). Integrate enterprise systems via Dataverse, custom connectors, Azure Functions, API Management, and event‑driven patterns; establish reusable frameworks, patterns, and guardrails that accelerate professional development at enterprise scale.
- Build and enhance Power Apps (including PCF controls where needed), Power Automate cloud/desktop flows, and Power Pages sites with attention to performance, usability, and accessibility.
- Coordinate with HB1/Dynamics stakeholders to keep solutions compatible with platform roadmap and aligned to operational processes (approvals, vendor workflows, financial postings).
- Conduct design reviews and code reviews; mentor developers and BAs; deliver internal training sessions and maintain current documentation and knowledge bases.
- Operationalize Dataverse → Analytics pipelines (e.g., Azure Synapse Link/OneLake) and partner with the Data Platform team to deliver governed, analytics ready data for reporting.
- Prepare and maintain architecture/solution documentation, change records, and support guides to ensure traceability and audit readiness in accordance with TJH policy.
- Translate cross functional business processes into technical designs, including data models, sequence/flow diagrams, and nonfunctional requirements aligned to TJH SDLC and change control policies.
- Define and enforce coding and configuration standards (naming, solution layers, connector usage, error handling, telemetry), establishing reusable frameworks and templates for team reuse.
- Partner with product owners and business leaders to shape roadmaps and release plans, produce estimates, and track outcomes against agreed success metrics (cycle time, adoption, data quality, SLA attainment).
- Establish and maintain Multi environment ALM (dev/test/UAT/prod) using managed solutions, solution segmentation, and Azure DevOps/Git based CI/CD pipelines with approvals and rollback plans aligned to policy.
- Design and implement integrations between Dataverse/Dynamics HB1 (F&O) and internal/external systems using Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and custom connectors; select event driven or API patterns as appropriate.
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex applications across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps—canvas/model driven, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and Azure services, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Drive quality engineering: author unit/component tests, automate solution validation (Solution Checker, static analysis), coordinate UAT, and own performance benchmarking and tuning.
- Support security and compliance reviews (access, change management, data handling) and participate in assessments/audits relevant to Azure/Dynamics SOC control domains.
