Lead planning initiatives that enhance visibility, accountability, and autonomy across departments; supporting the plant’s evolution toward self-sufficiency.

Analyze production performance, capacity constraints, and material flow to identify improvement opportunities and implement sustainable solutions.

Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align demand, capacity, and material availability for seamless plant operations.

Partner with operations, procurement, and logistics to build robust planning systems and strengthen local decision-making capability.

Analytical, adaptable, and confident working in a hands-on environment with evolving systems and structures.

Are you a Production Planner/ Master Planner from a manufacturing background looking for the autonomy, responsibility and recognition of your skills as you spearhead implementations and processes that will lead to success of the site?

Experienced production or materials planner with a strong background in manufacturing operations and process improvement.

Collaborative and proactive communicator, capable of influencing teams and driving alignment across functions.

The ideal candidate will be experienced with medium to large turnover businesses ideally in manufacturing and site operations (approx. 200 people) working closely with sales, production, supply chain, and leadership teams with excellent leadership, interpersonal skills and energy to match that of the current staff.

$125,000 - $150,000 +bonus +benefits
