Tertiary qualifications in HR, Learning & Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment a bonus).
Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning, ideally in a technical or consulting environment.
Additional certifications in learning design or facilitation are highly valued.
Hands-on LMS management experience (e.g., Docebo, Workday Learning).
Confident facilitation skills and a passion for engaging learners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
You love working across cultures and collaborating with global teams.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, LMS platforms).
Experience with development programs, induction, and compliance training.
